My son died, and I got to hold him once, and this angel reminds me of that time. I am now buying it for a friend who also lost a baby but got to hold him once. If you ever find yourself in this situation, or find a friend in this situation, please remember that tangible reminders of the baby mean very much. I liked the term "Angel of Mine" to represent her loss. The card also says "So loved, so very loved". My aunt loved it and we cried and it is a beautiful representation of little Maggie! I wanted to look at it and imagine what it would be like once our son was actually here in my arms. As soon as my husband saw it he broke down into tears. I didn't realize he would be moved so much by a figurine. Willow Tree really makes products that can touch anyone's heart.
